Cleaning my room

I was cleaning my room today and this is how it went:

  1. Ugh, work
  2. I got this
  3. I have a floor!
  4. Boom! One small section cleaned and organized
  5. Oh, now the rest of my room is messier
  6. Look! A distraction!
  7. Food!!
  8. Wait, I'm spose to be cleaning...
  9. Ok, let's work with the closet
  10. Where'd my floor go?!
  11. OMG CALL IN THE NATIONAL GUARD! SOMEBODY HELP IT'S GOT ME!!!
  12. Distraction
  13. Crap! It's almost midnight! I should really get this done. 
  14. Ya, I'm just gonna go to bed

BSU Meet Two

Well yesterdays meet was pretty interesting. For starters there were 29 schools crammed into one small building. That was horrible, it got very hot and very crowded fast. The best part was that my friend Maggie was there! Which also means that Colton was there. That was so awkward. Just an FYI this post is about the social aspects that went on during the meet and not so much the actual meet stuff. I'll start with Colton because the rest of it is just weird ... Anyways, Colton was there. I tried to avoid him as best as I could but due to the fact that he long jumps, or maybe it was triple jump I wasn't really paying attention, and that our camp was right next to the pits I saw a lot of him. Mother's Day

So today is Mother's Day, but my mom just went back to work. (She's been on medical leave because of a stress fracture in her leg. She couldn't wait to get back to work and so on Thursday when she got the go ahead, she got herself scheduled for 12 hour days all weekend. It's like she was never here again.) So instead if the usual breakfast in bed, which she winds up throwing a fit about anyways, I've cleaned the house. That doesn't sound like much, but the boys are such pigs that the house is always nasty. My mom is like OCD, and can't stand it. So coming home to a clean house will be much appreciated. If it stays clean that is. Not even 5 minutes after I finished cleaning the living room/dining room area it was somewhat messy. Timberman Triathlon

Okay, this one really is going to be short. I don't really have much to say besides what's about to be said. So....read on! First off do you know what a triathlon is? Or what the Timberman triathlon is? You don't? Let me explain then. A triathlon is where you swim, bike, and run. You're timed in each event and your transition time (how long it takes you to go from one event to the next) also counts against you. The Timberman is a triathlon held in Grand Rapids MN. It has a long course (mile swim, 26.2 mile bike, and a 10K run. But don't quote me on the bike) and a sprint course (1/3 mile swim, 13.1 mile bike, and a 5K run, but don't quote me on the bike again). It's a fun event put on every year and draws a nice crowd of people from every age and fitness level. I did the short course and this is how it went: Swim The swim was by far my worst event.
